Today is the D-day. It’s the day when all people eligible to vote are to cast their ballots in the Jakarta gubernatorial election. If it’s not because it takes place in Jakarta, I don’t think it’d be this viral. Throughout the day, I have been bombarded with news with election related titles and headlines.
I can’t vote though. Even if I wanted to, I still cannot. I have no rights to vote for anyone simply because I’m no Jakartan by law.
