32 Asana Dasar dalam Yoga

Menurut teks “Gheranda Samhita” yang ditulis di akhir abad 17 Masehi, Siwa mengajarkan 8.400.000 asana. Dari jutaan asana atau pose yoga itu, ada 84 yang paling menonjol dan jika dipilih lagi, hanya ada 32 yang bermanfaat bagi manusia.
