No one in the class is as hard as I am to sweat. While these people are sweating like being boiled in the bowel of mini hell, I feel merely slightly hot. Because of that, I was wondering whether this could be a symptom of disorder or health condition I should be aware of, or maybe hypochondria.
But it might be because my body has so accustomed to all the fitness regimes. Plateau? Do I need to practice harder or more frequently or could it be the time to just adopt another more advanced set of practice?
