Why is it so important to wash your hands even if you already have worn a mask?

Because the surfactan in the soap/ detergent destroys the coronavirus at a certain extent. This is easy but lots of people are ignorant enough and forgetful enough to do this everytime they have to.

Also, can dogs get infected by Covid-19?

Yes, they can. In Hongkong, dogs get tested positive for Covid-19. But these dogs showed no symptoms. 

Pets like dogs are so far not proven to be the source of Covid-19 infection.
